Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki healing sessions focus on the connection between our mind, body, and spirit. Collectively, we as people have our physical self -which interacts with the world in a physical sense. We also have our energetic body- which we experience this interaction in a more sensory way. Everything in the universe has energy (universal life force) and when we interact with the world around us there is an exchange of energy. This exchange and interaction of energy with the world around us can impact how we feel, both physically and emotionally. The energy in our body can become blocked or out of balance which can manifest physically into illness, pain, or discomfort. This blocked or imbalanced energy can also manifest emotionally through symptoms such as anxiety, panic, or heaviness within ourselves and has the ability to impact our mood. The energy fields (also known as chakras) in our body desire balance and harmony. We deserve to feel relaxed and comfortable within our selves both internally and externally.
